· Solid Consumer Packaged Goods experience
· Minimum 5+ years in marketing – ideally with some previous agency and client experience
· Experience with employee management capabilities (at least 2 direct reports)
· Proven brand strategy skills with strong problem solving skills
· Must be highly executional (hands-on; whatever it takes to get the job done)
· Strong problem solving skills
· Strong knowledge of promotional marketing – including contest management, sampling, in-store POS, mass and retail
· Creative thinking
· Lead internal ideation sessions
· Lead strategic planning sessions

Sullivan Entertainment is currently looking for a Manager of Communications, Special Projects and Administration that is highly organized, motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• University education with 2 Years experience in the film/TV industry
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
